Learn, connect, and advance sports psychiatry

Welcome To Sports Psychiatry Hub

Sports psychiatry sits at the intersection of mental health and athletic life — and it’s one of the fastest-growing areas in the field. Yet for many students and early-career professionals, it’s still hard to know where to begin. That’s where we come in.

We’re an educational community for medical trainees, health professionals, and undergraduates who want to understand sports psychiatry: the mental health care of athletes, from the pressures of elite competition to the everyday challenges of identity, injury, and performance. We’re here to make this specialty easier to learn, easier to enter, and far less intimidating to explore.

Through curated learning resources, member research and publications, and monthly events where trainees and seasoned professionals meet as equals, we help you build both the knowledge and the connections that careers are made of. You’ll find people asking the same questions you are — and others a few steps ahead, ready to share what they’ve learned.
